  Recently bought a car from here, under the new management the place is much better than before. Service was good and salesman was super helpful. Even if u call they are always willing to help and provide great service anytime.

  Please STAY AWAY from this misleading location. The owner "Jay" will threat the customer by saying "just return the car" if you were ever to call, regarding on addressing details within your binding contract. During the last stages of fully buying the car, Felipe (car salesman) secretly raised the final amount by 100$ thinking I would not of read the documents in which were needed to be signed. Shop at this location if you are willing to deal with the unnecessary stress of potentially getting a lawyer, ignoring your calls with any concerns and not meeting their basic part with the contract. This place truly has a poor reputation. I urge anyone reading to save your energy + time and TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Im hoping to save another individual from a poor experience here such as mine.

  I am sorry for such a negative experience to say the least !!! However, I recently took over as General Manager. We run a tight ship & don't play games ! There are NO HIDDEN fees ! Just cost of the vehicle, Sales tax & DMV if you so choose. I URGE you to try Us again. I will make it my Goal to satisfy EVERY customer to the best of My ability !

  Quality used cars! Picked up a 2000 Avalon with 135k miles on it, 3 years and an additional 70k miles later the car still runs like a dream! No maintenance apart from the usual oil and tire change. The people are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and will get the job done timely. Impeccable after sales service!

  It's a smaller place but the salesman was super friendly and not pushy. A little bit hard to navigate the area for a test drive but if they get a vehicle I wanna look at id have no issue with checking them out again

  I bought a 09 Subaru legacy from Nato, and it's great. Everyone here is cool and always trying to make sure the customer was happy. I got there and they changed the brakes and tires for free. After my test drive, I hooked up my code reader and saw it needed a catalytic converter. I showed this to Nato and he said that they'll do it for free and he wrote it into the bill of sale that it would be free. 10/10 would go again.

  Just giving a 1 stars because Nato, a great sales person waited for me and gave me a nice welcoming and test drive the vehicle. Unfortunately the owner didn't like my offer since they told me vehicle was in great condition. I transport vehicles for a living so the vehicle needed some repairments none the less the disappointing part and that's why I give 1 stars is the owner claimed the vehicle had a cleane tittle, and was told it was brought from some other dealer they were partners with. Long story short vehicle was involved in two collisions and also brought in an auction. Do your research spend some time and money to get your CarFax.

  Clean title means the title doesn’t have any issues. I think you are looking for a clean CARFAX report car. They both are different and mean different things. Please do your research before shopping for cars and please post reviews on things you completely understand.

  Very disappointed. Saw an ad on Facebook for a car. Messaged Milton Valentin and asked when I can I see it and he said 2:00 tomorrow. So i leave work early the next day and 5 minutes away a message comes up Sold!!! I thought he was a private seller. Nope a car dealership. Why did I need an appointment for a car dealership?? Milton should have said we open at 9:00. Come in whenever you like. I left work early paid a toll to get there and they sell the car 5 minutes before by appointment. Terrible way to do business. Update on your reply. You never said you were a car dealer. Car Dealerships tell you when they are open for business. Don't make appointments. Also when I came back you were no where in sight and you brother showed me SUV with a riipped up seat. Meanwhile the car I wanted was sitting there sold. A car dealer that lies. No surprise there. You told me to come at 2. I would have been there when you opened cause I really wanted it. I have the chat Would you like me to post it? None of your so called appointments showed so there was no fight. For the future tell people you open at 9. That's how you get great reviews and happy customers.

  Sorry to hear you are frustrated. That one particular car was at very discounted price that you came for. About 15 people called for the same car. We had to give appointments so all of them don’t come at the same time and argue in front of each other. We had 3 people lined up before you hence gave you a 2pm appointment. 1 came and didn’t want it (this person had an appointment) Rest of them didn’t come before you but there was a walk in at the time with cash in his hand. Seeing the car at that price he bought it immediately. We immediately updated the car was sold. People with appointment don’t buy the vehicle one hundred percent many times. So we had to sell to first come first serve. Sorry you thought it was a private party when on FB marketplace we had about 15 other cars. When you called after seeing the car was sold I even spoke to you and heartily felt sorry that you have already left and en route so i told you to still come and see other cars. You came and I showed you about 3 other SUVs but you wanted something that is below 100k miles for $1500. I was not able to help you with you low price with low mileage request. I even said if I find another similar car I will quickly update. I didn’t know you would leave me a bad review like this even after all the positive way we tried to help you with. Sorry about your frustration. Hope you will find your car.

  I went in to check out a 2010 Toyota RAV4 and the customer service from Nato was nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend checking this place out if you are in the market for a used car.
