  I’ve waited a few months to review PCFCU so I could post honestly. I have to say, I am pleasantly surprised. This credit union still has that “small town feel.” Everyone has been really helpful and very nice. Now, does it have everything the bigger banks have? Of course not. You are supporting a smaller credit union when you bank here. The trade off is excellent customer service and and a more personalized banking experience. Mirranda and Jen have been awesome and very informative with loan applications. I’ve recommended this CU to anyone that is looking. Keep up the great work!

  Tamara is amazing! I did an online pre approval and it turned into a loan when I found a UTV. She had it done in one day after I gave her all the info and docs. I was able to meet the seller there to sign and we were on our way. Thank you Tamara for being so awesome and efficient at your job!

  I am a member of the credit union and have been for years. It is faster to drive to a branch office than it's to get a return phone call. What's worst It doesn't matter what time of the day it is. They can't blame covid anymore because the doors are open. They are the worst at this part of the banking industry.

  I'm just wondering why the person responsible for responding to the the reviews has not commented on the racial profiling comments ... Can only mean one thing ... 🤦🤦 Thanks to social media they have shown your true intentions to all you clients and possible not near future members ...

  Racially profiled an innocent black man and had the police called when they already verified that the check was written by a credit union member. This racism in the US needs to stop.

  Don't come here if you are of color and cashing a personal check that was written to you. They will call the cops on you and tell them they are trying to cash a fake check, even after verifying with the person who wrote it said it was legit.

  My debit card was compromised when I was in Phx. I could not access my money and the shared branches in Phx would not allow me to get funds out of my account as they were only serving their members. I was told I could not walk in the Florence branch to pick up a new card when I was able to get back into town without an appt. The only appts were not late enough in day for me to get back. I had to wait until Sat to drive to CG from Florence so I could get a new debit card as only appt available I could make. Seems to me they could have just printed me a new card in Florence and I could have just picked it up before closing on Friday to save me a trip. I already could not access my money as planned for the day.

  The worse customer service. They are all over you when they want your business but once that is done they will not answer or return calls or emails. Got a HELOC with them 1.5 years ago and was told they will deduct my monthly payment from my checking account. I received notification that I have a late payment. Emailed Jennifer Nathaniel multiple times without a response. Finally when I got a hold of her she claimed everything was fine. The issue was never taken care of. Tried calling her yesterday about something she was not available left a voicemail message explaining what I need and asked for a call back and of course she did not call back. Just tried reaching her again and was told she is not available and she would call me back. I am not going to hold my breath for I will surely die. They are simply not there for you. If you value good customer service this is not the place to go.

  Been a member is like forever even when there branch was across from the court hose, any way i applied for a loan for a 5th wheel that a current member wanted to sell.so all i was doing was assuming the loan, got approved told what my payment was going to be , i called the seller and he got excited!!! But the following day i was approached by there manager and was told i wasn't approved they really didn't say why? And why approved me the previous day....so now im working on closing my account and taking my business elsewhere....

  After being just a number at the mega banks, Pinal County Federal Credit Union and my credit union in MN made a huge difference. They have provided services and kindness that I never have experienced before at a bank. I wish I had started with credit unions a long time ago.
