  Pike Creek Mortgage well exceeded my expectations. As a first-time home buyer I found the staff very competent, patient and willing to take time to explain (sometime multiple times) the mortgage process. The online portal made uploading multiple documents of different sizes and types very easy. Communication was frequent and the staff worked diligently to assist in moving me through the process in an accelerated timeline so I could close quickly. This allowed me to schedule the closing date to coincide with my relocation which allowed me to avoid seeking and paying for temporary housing. I would highly recommend Pike Creek Mortgage and Mike D. without reservation.

  Bernie Doherty is a pleasure to work with. He was on the phone with me early mornings and MANY late nights making sure the process was a smooth as possible for ME. At the end of the day he will get you into a mortgage better than any online company will. I won't hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends.
