  Bernie Doherty is by far the coolest broker I have ever met. Not once tried to sell or give a pitch. He always straight forward and kept all the terms easy to understand. Offered sound advice about money and how the markets were moving in the housing industry. I couldn't ask for a better broker. I will recommend Bernie to every body I hear looking to purchase a home. Thanks Bernie I appreciate all you did for us to get this house.

  Sean Foley was great to work with. As first time home buyers we had alot of questions and he was always willing to answer them. I would recommend him and Pike Creek mortgage to anyone especially first timers. It's people like Sean that keeps people coming back and we will definitely be using him again in the future.

  Pike Creek experience was excellent from the time I applied with application to my closing. Sean Foley does his job seamlessly. Prompt, efficient and courteous. Sean left no page unturned and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend Pike Creek Mortgage.

  Matt Mikuta and Pike Creek Mortgage were super efficient, organized and knowledgeable about all types of loans that would work best for our budget and family.   Bernie is like family to me, and he treated me as such during our entire mortgage process. He's simply the best - the most responsive, communicative and patient mortgage professional. He took the time to explain things in detail and field questions no matter how minute they were in the process He really went out of his way to make things happen for us, and we really apprecaite it.   The experience was amazing. Working with Mr Aaron Michell it was the best ever and we have had about 20 mortgage loan applications before this one. Efficiency, accuracy and timing . Made us feel important even for a small loan amount. It was a great pleasure meating you , thank you for making this a pleasant and easy experience.   Mark Coffman and his Staff are the rock-stars of the mortgage business. They know all the tricks and protocols to getting approvals and getting the best-rate on your loan. And they don't just take the high-dollar white-collar earners who want another vacation home, they work with us hard working first time home buyers who need credit help too. And treat us with the same level of respect and professionalism as the high-dollar clients.
