She helped me through the process of purchasing my first home and put in so much work time and time again leading up to this point to ensure I was ready when the time came to start looking for a home. Ali is so knowledgeable and is able to explain that knowledge to new home-buyers, such as myself. Ali went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure I was getting the most out of this experience. Her knowledge & experience is undeniable... she also makes it pretty fun throughout with her mom jokes 😉 She is extremely accessible and responds within minutes to my texts, whether they are at 7:04 AM or 10:25 PM (true times!). Her customer service is unbeatable! I will recommend Ali time and time again for everyone I know who is buying a home or looking to refinance!

  Ali made my home buying experience as smooth as possible. From the moment I started working with her, she provided me with all of the information that I needed to navigate the home loan/mortgage process, and determine what was the best fit for me. Being a military veteran myself, she also helped set me up to use a VA loan which was very beneficial for me. Ali and I communicated on a frequent basis during my home search, and she always provided me with the information I needed to make the right decision. Her work ethic is unparalleled and was able to answer every question we had. We felt secure and comfortable dealing with her and she went above and beyond to assist us with every step of the process.
