  So after speaking with Peter on the phone with high expectations of getting a car and him telling I was approved was not the case! When I arrived Peter gave my paper work to another man who appeared African descent! I had to redo another application after I filled one out online then he kept trying to pressure me to getting a co-signer after I specifically explained to Peter my situation before making a 45 minute drive to Seattle! I felt they lied to me and weren’t professional at all!!! Don’t waist your time!!!

  I got my first car from here and Max made sure I had a great deal! The staff in general were awesome and very professional. I recommend purchasing a vehicle from there. :)

  If you are in the market to purchase a new or used car please go down to Pierre Money Mart and see Peter. The guy knows his stuff and he cares more about having a customer leave happy than the almighty dollar. Remember go down to Pierre and see Peter. Also i'd like to add spend some time with Max and Joe as well these two guys jumped in to help us dramatically when they didn't have too. So please if you are in the market for a new car go see those guys at Pierre Money Mart no matter what your credit score is they will hook you up.

  Came in a little worried but the customer service was excellent and Daniel Nguyen worked with me got me a excellent deal on a suv... I greatly recommend anybody coming here for your vehicle and make sure you ask for Daniel Thank you Daniel

  From the moment we started our search for a new car- Gus and Jenell BOTH were in constant contact - answering any and all questions we had BEFORE we entered the building. When we arrived over the weekend our application process was smooth and enjoyable. Unfortunately at that time we couldn't find a vehicle that met the needs of our family of six. We left bummed, but were promised that they would keep looking. A couple of days later my husband got a phone call from Gus, stating they found a car that met all our needs. We arrived, took it for a drive, came in signed our papers and were out the door. It has been one of the most enjoyable car buying experiences we have had. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone needing a vehicle- to contact Gus and Jenell.

  My dealership was Gus and Max in finance . I greatly appreciate Gus in his hard work, with just returning to work from maternity leave , i needed i car . Gus was able to put me in a car that same night a Mitsubishi Marage G4 , even tho i know the car would be only temporary , it was small i thought i could just wing it out for a few months , but with the 1st few days i knew with my family the car , it wasn't a good fit. I was able to work out everything with theses guys and the bank and a few days later, i was put in a better bigger suv. I really appreciate these's guys working with me with providing for my family .

  I went in there two weeks ago to buy a car. I ask for a low gas saver and a four wheel drive. Next thing I know, Robert brought me outside to a white Volkswagen. I didn't like the color white, but he told it won't get dirty easily. Robert and Joel. Joel the manager (Beware of him) told me that I can only afford this $18,000 something car. I wasn't looking to spend that much on a car. Robert didn't even told the cost of the car until I signed the Docs. Not only that but the car wasn't a gas saver or a four wheel drive. I called and ask them why they did to me. They blame it on my lack of knowledge on cars. But I told them already that i know nothing about cars and they took full advantage of that. NOW HERE IS THE REAL ISSUE ! They refuse to send me receipt of my down payment ! The second day I got the car. A 6 day needed services notice came up. I took a picture of it for evidence. I call Joel and he told that he will be in today 08/19/2016 to look at my car. I just call the office and he is out of the office. RUN AWAY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE . THEY WILL RIPPED YOU OFF AND SELL YOU CARS THAT ARE INSUFFICIENT! THEY SOLD ME THE MOST EXPENSIVE GAS EATER AND IT'S NOT A FOUR WHEEL DRIVE ! BEWARE OF JOEL ! THESE PEOPLE WILL LIE TO YOU AND TRICKED YOU! RUN AWAY FAST BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING !!! ALL THE GOOD REVIEW ARE COMING FROM THEIR OWN STAFF! EVERYONE IN THERE IS CONSIDERED A MANAGER. FOOLS IS WHAT THEY ARE !

  Worst Experience ever. DO NOT BUY A CAR from Pierre. My partner was told he had bad credit and they could get him a brand new car. They asked if I could co-sign and I myself with good credit said yes. They asked if I would co borrow and purchase together and I said no. Long story short they put me on the loan as the main borrower and my partner on as co borrower had us sign papers. I asked the finance manager as to why I was on the loan first as buyer instead of co borrower he said its the same thing. Come to find out its not the same thing. They completely blinded sided us. We went to a different car dealership the next day and my partner was approved for a loan by himself for used car which we wanted in the first place but were told by the finance manager Jeff at Pierre that he could only qualify for a new car. We called Jeff the next morning not even 12 hours later to let them know we were returning the car and he said to bad your stuck with it and actually called me a liar. Unbelievable...Can you imagine calling a customer a liar. The most sleazy experience EVER!!!!

  My Fiance and I recently conducted business with David McDONALD on Memorial day. We went in looking for a full size Car for my Future Wife. We finalized a deal and were very happy with our recent purchase. David also did some investigating and discovered we were in the market for a commuter Car for myself aswell, because of the vehicle I was currently driving was not very fuel efficient. So David was looking for even more DEALS for myself and my family. The very Next Day I got a call from Max McDONALD. He asked if I was still interested in other car we test drove. Of course I said yes. Max And David found a lender so I could finance the other vehicle. So my Fiance and I walked away with a 2019 CHEVY IMPALA & A 2019 CHEVY EQUINOX!!! We HIGHLY recommend DAVID McDONALD as a vehicle consultant to anyone who is in the market for a used or new vehicle. I also recommend any dealership under the PEIRRE family banner!!!! Hassle free, stress free, and no pressure while you shop. Thank you again David and Max McDONALD!!!

  I chose Pierre Money Mart because I have not-so-great credit - and it's said that they finance those of ill credit. -- I met with Andrew, one of the loan officers, to discuss options for myself. -- Andrew was beyond awesome -- He met with me on his day off - he walked through my credit past and what best would be for my future. -- He asked me what kind of payments and wanted to make - and even what kind of car i was interested in. -- He stayed with me until the absolute last minute before he had to go do his day off stuff. -- Andrew is the best - ans I'm thrilled to have been helped by him. -- He got me in a car I love with payments I can handle! -- I'll always recommend this place in the future!! Thanks Pierre Money Mart And a BIG THANKS to Andrew!!
