Daniel Newell2Walked in at 9am, saw sign that said shared members must use drive thru window. Was already inside and no one was at the drive thru or inside with 3 tellers looking at me. Had to go back outside and go through the drive thru. You would think that they would treat shared members the same as maybe one day we would open accounts with them. Not the case. On the other hand the tellers always give great service. Whoever makes policy should rethink this one.

Ahikam H5Ms. Tomica Williams is the teller that made my decision and my experience that awarded her 5 stars on her pleasant greetings and professionalism. I did not noticed a changed in her character to receive below 5 stars. She has exemplified an immutable character every time I observed her. She is my favorite teller.

Sara Gudino5Best experience I've ever had with a financial institution in my life. We arrived at 1:01 and the doors were already locked. The security guard got a manager due to our unique situation (we are doing a big move from FL and our furniture is being held hostage--we agreed upon a check and they demanded cash at delivery! And on a Saturday at 1230 pm!! Never use NationWide Moving Company btw.) Anyways, the manager (Denise?) so graciously allowed us entry to withdraw money from our Florida account with Fairwinds through the credit union share network. They saved the day! Our own CU (Fairwinds) wouldn't up our withdrawal limit for the day and I've been a member for 7+ years. They thought we were trying to commit fraud. 🙄 Anyways, Piedmont CU literally saved our move.

Zach Stancil1In detail on the phone asked about what was needed to add someone to and account. Was told to bring marriage license and a few other things. Show up after a 45 minute drive and was told more things needed after writing down everything that was needed on the phone. This isn’t the first time this place has wasted me or my wife’s time and look forward to changing banks

Larry Lewis1Horrible. Absolutely horrible. They were taking money out of my account that I didn't put in or had anything to do with. I ended up missing bill payments and almost got evicted waiting weeks for them to fix it
