  James is really nice...and I miss Mrs. Sheila. But that Keisha need to get out of that store as a employee because shes really treating myself and my husband like dirt! She hangs up the phone on him, she doesn't greet him or help him when he comes in the store, She only helps certain people..the ones that she like..Hey I'm sure that Brandon or even "SCOTT" would love to hear about "KEISHA" making them lose business over there @ Picasso?? When Mrs Sheila was there my husband and I would pawn or buy something almost everyday and that was a fact! I even seen Keisha being mean to a guy in a wheelchair who came in and needed help..she said im busy I dont have time for you I just shook my head! The same with Shannon she use to treat us like that with bad customer service..and we have never done anything to them but wanted to be helped ib tge store thats all!.We love Picasso its just Keisha she needs to go like yesterday 07/02/19 my husband called Keisha hug up on him..He called today 07/03/19 to ask about some merchandise she put him on hold then she hung up..she always saying im not dealing with you. But the real demon is her. We do not know this person @ all except through Picasso so if Brandon or Scott if you guys see this b4 we get in touch with you please talk to there people or especially Keisha because she has a problem! Last but not least she makes us feel like we are not suppose to even enter Picasso @ all..

  Everyone at this location is very polite and helpful. They all seem to enjoy what they do and are eager to help out. They are always smiling which is great! The 2 ladies working today are absolutely the best!!!

  My husband and I always shop here, their staff are so friendly especially Sheila, she always takes care of us and provides great customer services everytime and is very helpful!
