  Kate Lanfear could not have been better to work with when I was looking for a house in San Antonio, mostly from long distance during the pandemic. She is super knowledgeable, an advocate for her clients, and helped me understand the pros, cons and potential of the many properties we viewed in person and by FaceTime. I was able to come into San Antonio for a couple of days, and she was patient and tireless in going through about 30 properties with me in that time. She understood my priorities and helped target the search. I ended up finding exactly what I wanted, and getting the contract, thanks to her quick action and advice about a competitive listing. Kate is also fun to work with and has a great sense of humor, along with deep knowledge of San Antonio. I can't recommend her enough! Thanks!
