  Janet Klein in Philadelphia Credit Union Loss prevention is very unprofessional, impolite,and ignorant. I have been a customer of Philadelphia Credit Union for over 7 years now and she intentionally hung up on me while I was talking . I tried to call them back and they hung up again. This just goes to show that they don't care about their customers . They have absolutely terrible customer service !

  If you like Touching dirty phones after waiting forever to see a teller on a video screen this is your place. And by the way if you would rather use the ATM instead of waiting good luck it is always broke and they only have 1. Oh yeah the best part don’t try to use any of the services they offer you because they charge you for everything.

  Dont use the card manage feature, i did this for extra security purposes, turned it off, pfcu was working on updates, and i was unable to unblock my card, its a sunday theyre closed, no one to answer the phones and no access to card and cash = A Nightmare. Worst banking experience ever.

  Great overall bank. They wouldve gotten 5 stars but to check up on the status of my app i needed 4 proofs of identification, somehow the lady put in a totally different number for my account. I drive all the way to pfcu to get number fixed then afterwards they tell me i need to contact anothet place, i traveled up thier for nuthing when i couldve done it another time.

  they are becoming like any other banks. Be careful ordering check from them online. The is setup is such a way that for 100 checks you will end up paying $ 47.95. WalMart price is less than $10 with shipping.

  Long time customer, I think PFCU is doing good job, yes there is a minor issiues but overall I’m satisfied, specially online & mobile apps are work great! Thank you PFCU!

  This bank is awesome! The service is great employers are very helpful. Just wish they have actually bank teller not the phones

  Have been with you PFCU since I was three year young, now I'm fifty one, two more years will be my 40th anniversary, woo hoo! Love it, except when teller phone doesn't work

  I'm sitting here no one said hello I have a 3 45 appointment to pick up a bank card both customer service woman in the cubicles just took a break and left me here sitting it's now 3 30 I have to wait to receive a scheduled bank card...the Worst!!!!!!

  Thy have been great so far they treat me better than pnc has ever treated me and oh ace pnc for 20 years
