  I have had many mortgage companies over the years and this place is the only place I’ve ever had any problems and I feel like I’ve had enough for a lifetime. They canceled my homeowners insurance because they wanted me to buy theirs, while still billing me the same as if my insurance wasn’t canceled. Where did the extra money go? Tried many times and can’t get a human on the phone. Even my insurance company said they were sending documentation to them with no answer. If your loan gets sold to these scammers then immediately look into getting a new loan with anyone else.

  I cannot believe how inept this organization is. I've had mortgages through multiple lenders before, but PHH is the worst. Their web site is weak and even enrolling in Auto pay is ridiculous. I've been trying for months to have them auto draft my mortgage payment on the 15th of the month, so I can pay my mortgage 15 days ahead of the due date. They will not take this payment because they claim it's not due for another 2 weeks and want to draft the payment on the 15th of the next month. So the payment is due on the 1st, but they won't take the payment until the 15th. This is completely broken. I've never had a lender refuse to take my money ahead of time. When you call customer service you get the runaround and they argue with you instead of helping. I would NEVER go through PHH for another mortgage.

  DO NOT USE THEM AT ANY COST!!! well I am going with the pack on this. PMI is suppose to be removed when hit 80/20 loan to value is reached. Now with house market going through roof I am well above that. Requested they reappraise the property and payed the $150 fee for that. They cashed my check but wont do the Appraisal. Calming have not documented enough improvements to home to justify it. Even at Zillow's low range number I at 26% equity. I would refinance but interest rates have gone up so much that would be paying more monthly if I did. :(

  This is the most shady company to work with. If you have a loan with them try to get out of it. But be ready, I had to make my Probate Lawyer my real estate POA for my dad’s estate.

  These guys prank called me at work. The called with a restriced number amd when I answer some robot on the other end of the line started talking about lower mortgage rates, but wouldn't answer any of my questions. I eventually became so frustrated that I forgot about the c-section I was performing and long story short I need a job now. Phh shouldn't call people. Capitalism is a tumor on the taint of progress.   Terrible customer service representatives. They missed placed two of my payments. After months, literally two and a half months of calls, they finally found my payments and put them towards my account. However, they refused to fix my credit report which has a missed payment on it now for 7 years thanks to them. Go elsewhere for your loan or you'll regret it.

  PPH Mortgage's paperwork reads, if you send a mortgage payoff payment by personal check, it will be returned. Well, I submitted the payoff amount by personal check and then by wire the next day. Both payments cleared my checking account on 4-30-19. I still have not received a refund of the over payment as of 5-28-19. Where's my money!!!

  STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PREDATORY COMPANY.... I am one of the many clients that this company is taking advantage of & they just sent notice that they are raising the payments next month.... The FED is lowering interest rates while PHH mortgage is raising theirs. My experience is mild compared to some of the horror story reviews I have read.

  Sold my mortgage to another servicer after my first payment was received, failed to forward the payment to the new company. Three months later and now they say they can’t even find my payment! $2000 out the window! When I call them to work this out I’m on hold for over an hour before they answer and when they do I have to start the explanation over from the beginning! Worst customer service ever, and I e had to deal with CenturyLink!

  Your new customer service portal DOES NOT WORK on Android Samsung Galaxy Note 10plus. Beyond frustrating. You bought out my largest purchase financing loan in my lifetime, yet your site does not work unless you want a new mortgage, refinancing, or insurance? Seriously? Get it together or provide an obvious link to the old portal that might actually work. It has been days and days and nothing but an error to your main customer portal link.
