      The staff is very kind when I ever I come. They are very helpful and care so much for the people who come there. I know what it’s like to work in customer service role and it’s hectic when your short handed especially in this time. So I completely understand that it is going to take time to get waited on cause everyone is trying to maintain there accounts accurately, so any customer who goes there should know they are not the center of attention and need to understand that how a bank works. Also I’ve been there and customers yelled at the staff who are taking care of other customers. Maybe they should put themselves in the shoes of the bank employees and see how hectic it is. We all can’t work in easy jobs like some entitled customers.

      I am a Bank of America customer. Today, Thur 6-3-21 @ 3:15, I went into the Westport Bank Of America lobby/teller counter to get change for a garage sale (no appt necessary). There were only 2 people ahead of me in line and it moved fast. I have 0 complaints. Friendly, fast service.

      You seriously need to staff this location better. I come here almost every day to make a deposit for my employers and no matter what time I arrive, I have at least a 30min wait in the lobby for a teller. It is completely ridiculous for a bank this large to not be properly staffed in one of the biggest business districts in St Louis. The staff that you do have here are at least friendly and patient. I am thankful that I do not have any personal business with this bank.

      This is one of the best banks I've ever been to. Some of the sweetest people I've ever met work here. I had to get my first ever credit card and I didn't understand everything about it, but Vidisha was soooooo helpful and explained it in a very easy to understand way. I had a problem with my account being charged double on a $300 payment and Mica took care of it for me. She has such a big heart and you can tell both of these wonderful ladies truly do care about there job and the people they help. I couldn't recommend this bank enough. Don't let all the "1 Star reviews" from going here. Remember if someone were to have a bad experience somewhere they are more likely to write a review over someone that had a great experience.

      It's bad enough they closed the drive-thru, forcing me to come inside. Today I waited TWENTY minutes to be helped by a teller (after 15 minutes I complained, and it still took them another 5 minutes to get an extra teller). There were six people behind me, and we all watched as bank employees wandered aimlessly about in the giant, empty bank. No one seemed at all apologetic that we were wasting our lunch hours there. I will not walk into this bank again. I am officially searching for something else. Such a shame. I've been a long-time customer.

      I will never go to this location again. I have used Bank of America for at least 10 years. My husband's accounts are here. I have always been greeted by the staff. Always been told if it will be a few minutes or what have you. I have never been ignored completely and left sitting there while 2 of your employees pretended to not see me. I can understand being busy, but that's the only time I have been treated like that with this establishment no matter how busy...

      Poor customer service, though the staff members are free, they don’t care to attend you. Please avoid this branch. Horrible experience, thinking to move to Chase or other banks. Half of the staff are idle and not paying any attention to the customers. I had to wait almost 2 hours in this location.

      This is a convenient location right by my work. Every time I come in they make it seem to be an inconvenience that I am there without an appointment. The lack of customer service and availability of employees to help makes me want to switch banks.

      11/28/2018 1:30 pm. Went to transfer money from forex/travellers card(which is debit) to my account. The transaction went through successfully and then the teller started saying that your card doesn’t say it’s a debit card and spike with another representative and without even confirming with me, They voided my transaction and were giving back my card with the voided receipt. The receipt clearly mentions that the chip is a debit card chip. When I told them about it, they made us wait 20 more mins and finally said they would do the transaction. But this time, as they voided it without even informing me. My funds are now struck for 24 hours. THESE REPRESNTATIVES ARE GOOD FOR SWEET-TALKING ONLY! BOFA needs to concentrate on training their representatives to do their work correctly rather than just putting up to their hype of good customer service.

      Horrible customer service and just all around experience. Was told they had a new procedure in place, which is understandable being a financial institute but was also poorly staffed and over all not trained on it and the manager "Mica" then threatened to call the cops on me because she didn't like the feedback of training and staffing people better for an overall better experience for members or possible member. I will NEVER bank with this institute.
