  They don't care about their clients. I requested extension but had been on time with my payments before I requested the extension. I paid on time monthly after that but then unexpectedly lost my job due to COVID. I called and told them my situation and they wouldn't help me AT ALL. Not to mention they start calling one day after your payment is due if you haven't paid. To say the least, I struggled to get the note paid on time and was successful with doing so. Then, I received a phone call from them, the lady asked if it was me when I answered, I told her yes, then she asked me if I liked my new job. 😡 I mean really? She was acting like she cared but didn't realize that the manner in which she asked the question just let me know that she was trying to find out if I had a job to pay the note. I never told them that I found a job. I've never dealt with a car finance company like this before and when I'm finished paying this car off, I never will. They are very rude and inconsiderate of their client's needs. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 For me.

  I'm blessed to have had this company finance my vehical. I have had so many surgeries so many sick days I been late but they understood Ronald is so very kind Lida Anna and Robin as well. Be kind and they will be kind. I never argued with attitude didn't have any reason.the guy very first guy that I talked to when I got my vehical wash also kind. I am highly recommending this place.

  I wouldn't recommend anyone to finance their vehicle through this company the guy that works there named Ronald is very rude and argued with me I'm only trying to get information regarding my vehicle. The two ladies Lidia and Robin are very sweet and have helped me in the nicest way possible.

  I literally HATE this company. Each and every month they continue to go up on my payment without notifying me. Then each month they tell me I’m past due and I’ve never missed a month paying this account. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

  Really great company.they go above and beyond to service my loan and to make sure that all my concerns are handled ...im half way through my 3 year loan and would recommend this company highly ...

  Had an issue with a lost title. Had a release of lien in under 24 hours. 100% would do business with them on a loan.
