Christopher Johnson5The best place to do banking. This credit union works for its members. Every time I come in here the staff is friendly, helpful and respectful. Anything I need help with they are more than willing to lend a hand and get accomplished.

Cecilia Mejia1Every time I come to this location, I’m stuck in a long line with only one teller open. In the 15 minute wait, I see 4-6 employees walk around with nothing in their hands, looking lost. They will do anything to not serve you — waste of a bank honestly.

Rae Janessa1Please never open an account with this establishment during covid I fell on hard times. I tried to do apply for consideration, but was denied for my credit card. The past year I’ve kept up with my line of credit and auto loan, without missing a payment. Yesterday I try to unsuccessfully log into my account, only to be given the run around. So I go to the branch, who than tell me call the collections dept, I am unsure why as they have already closed my cc account a year ago, and to top it off made it so I am unable to make a payment if I wanted to. I finally get a hold of collections, who are perplexed as well, after being on hold I am told since my credit card went into collections a year ago. And even though I am current on my other accounts, they have denied all access to my car loan and line or credit. But that I can go into a branch, to make future payments on my accounts that I am current on. Please do not patronize this credit union, their customer service and service tactics are horrible. I’ve been a customer 6 years, and I regret ever giving them my business!

Bee H1This is the worst financial facility i have ever dealt with in over 50 years. I am a disabled Veteran and would not recommend this establishment to any humam being I have been with them for almost 9 months and have regretted every emcounter. If i could give negative stars i would. A bad business indeed.
Response from the ownerGood Afternoon Bee, We apologize for any inconvenience you may have faced. Would you mind elaborating further on your experiences so we can get these issues escalated to the necessary teams for rectification?

D MICHIELLI2Recently refinanced our home with PFFCU. There rates were low and the process was pretty smooth until after we closed. We submitted information so they could directly remove funds to pay the new mortgage every month. Once the first payment was due, we noticed that the payment never came out. We called to inform them and they said it would be corrected by the next cycle and that would be billed two payments then. Ok, fine, no issues with that. But now they are submitting are account to collections. Customer service has been largely unhelpful through this. I expected better.

Sean Corsaro1Do not use this bank! Very shady business practices. I’m currently filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and possible wrongful repossession claim for a vehicle loan that I purchased for my son. Avoid at all costs!

Kevin G1This is the worst bank I’ve ever had the unfortunate opportunity to deal with. Their atm never allows for a deposit and they always give excuse after excuse as to why. You think they’d understand that first responders work off hours so they would allow the atm to accept deposits, but no. Avoid this bank like we tried avoiding Covid in 2020 when we thought it was dangerous.

Scott Foster1Been banking with Police and fire for a few years now. I thought me switching to a credit union would greater the odds for a loan. I do all my banking there, direct deposit from work etc etc. Tried 4 times for small loans under 4k and was denied. Even with a credit score over 640. Guess not good enough for this bank. After you apply and are denied they don't even tell you! Or send you a letter. Why do I even bank here

B.W.S1First and foremost this credit union is a shake down artist there ATM is always broken. When you deposit cash into atm they place a two day hold as if it’s a check. When I call customer service I get 15 different stories no one can help you. I hate calling in to talk about my account because it seems as if I have to go through security clearance. I placed money into the ATM and it short change me I called customer service and reported the issue and was given a credit that day. I looked at my account today and see funds was taken from my account so I called customer service and went though a clearance they informed me they checked the ATM and found no issues with it and took the funds back due to it wasn’t a issue on there end. This was almost a month ago when I reported this issue with the ATM REALLY you just got around to verify a cash deposit so I informed them I wanted a manager to call me because I’m 100% sure what I placed in the ATM. So the next day I get a call and I didn’t hear my phone so someone left me a message saying I’m not getting the funds back because it’s not there error with no number were I can reach her. Credit union are supposed to be working with members not this one there a average Bank.

Sandra Trautz5I have been going to this site since it opened and have nothing but great things to say about the Credit Union itself and the staff. They have always gone out of their way to help me in any way possible.
