  I’d recommend Scott Meares to anyone! He made the experience of my first time buying a house wonderful. He made sure to explain everything to me in a way in which I could understand. I felt extremely comfortable asking questions. Scott Meares went above and beyond for me when he submitted an application for the FHA $16,000 program. He also sat with me at closing and made sure I got money back at settlement! He is incredible. If you’re buying a house, call Scott for your mortgage! He’s the best!

  Scott was Awesome! throughout my entire home buying process. He was available whenever I had a question and he explained everything clearly and thoroughly. Scott made sure I was aware of all programs I was eligible for and he was able to secure a great interest rate. Scott worked during the day and after hours to make sure I closed within my limited time-frame.   Scott was amazing to work with! Our timeline to acquire our mortgage was significantly shorter than typical, and Scott was with us every step of the way. He was available for any and all questions both during the day and after hours, which was when we worked on mortgage paperwork the most - making it very convenient and simple for us. Even when things got stressful due to the tight timeline, Scott kept reminding us (kindly, of course) of what he needed from us in order to stay on track, and he certainly got it done!
