  I have worked in customer service for a long time and the service at this branch has been terrible every time. It’s ridiculous. Even when I call on the phone. It’s the closest to me and I still feel better driving past this one and going to one further away. I shouldn’t have too but the attitudes of the employees is just so unpleasant. If you hate your job quit. It’s not our fault. I’ve worked in banking as a rep and a teller and we never behaved in such a way to our guest. Smh it’s sad that no leader has addressed their employees. If they were the guest being treated that way they would have an issue.

  This location has been very professional and kind to me, they have a parking lot that makes it convenient.

  I’m confused on why the ATM’s there never works. If you’re planning on going to this exact address just to use the ATM I advise that you save a ride and just go to the one in center city. This is an issue that’s been on going for months and yet they still haven’t fixed it. Some people just need to get in and out by using the ATM not being forced to stand in long lines just to put money into their account.

  I am usually out quick. I pay my bills and away I go. This time I was disappointed because they had run out of calendars for 2021. Went to the dollar store, and they were sold out. I then purchased my calendars on Ebay. Have a blessed 2021!!!

  The Staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. The Bank is clean and safe. I always enjoy my trip to this Branch.
