  We had a great experience in obtaining our most recent loan with PFCU. One of my favorite parts was the ease of data collection. Since we had recent information on file with the bank, they were able to use it instead of having me duplicate the information.   I have been a member of Sagelink Credit Union for over 20 years. I even kept them as my primary bank when I was living in Maryland, as they provided the best customer service I had ever received. I swore I would never go to another bank...until they merged with PFCU. Since then I have had absolutely nothing but annoyance and trouble. I don't live near a branch, so I rely on mobile banking/deposit for checks. Except now instead of that being a 3-minute process, it takes 10-15 minutes or more, as the web app repeatedly crashes or errors every time I try to deposit my check. I have never received a single fee for ATM withdrawals, provided I utilized a co-op ATM, but apparently PFCU will still charge you fees, even if using a co-op ATM, if you withdraw more than 5x/month. Even when I need a question answered via the chat function on the website, it used to take seconds, now I have been waiting over 5 minutes to get a response from someone. When you do talk to them, they are unapologetic. It has only been a few months, and I have started the process of transferring my funds and refinancing my auto loan over to another institution so I can close out my account and be done with this place for good.

  The process was seamless. Pauli Ford in St Johns took care of everything, all I had to do was sign the papers. Had a problem making online access after the fact and Megan from PFCU jumped right in and got me connected. Great Job!
