  This is one of 2 worst insurance companies I have ever worked this. Bob is not only rude but he is deceptive. No wonder insurance agents have a bad rep. When you express frustration and distaste for policies and lack of communication, Bob just shrugs his shoulders and says “oh well” I would never recommend this company to anyone.

  I have been working with Haddads Agency for over 10 years now. They are always friendly, fast, and very responsive. They go above and beyond to assist me with all of my insurance needs. Haleigh has stayed late for me in order to get a policy issued. I recommend giving them a call if you're shopping around for insurance quotes.

  Been over a decade since we have researched if we needed to update/switch our insurance for autos & home. I called 4 different local agencies in our area - The Haddad Agency Farm Bureau Insurance office by far went above & beyond any other insurance agent! Our calls were always returned promptly. Provided complete and honest information - and in words so I understood everything. Our insurance 'payments' are now 'half' of what we used to pay AND we have more than 'doubled' our coverage. The staff that we have worked with - Bob, Haleigh, & Danni are awesome to talk with. We Highly Recommend!

  The Haddad's Agency is the best that has happened to us in my personal history with insurance companies. From all levels, professionally they are serious business, at the personal level, they are awesome people. They meet all my expectations, they provided me with the best quotes, and they answered all my questions and helped me not to have any concerns. They were recommended by my loan agent, and he was right! The best out there. Wonderful low rates for home insurance that I decided to insure my couple of cars with them as well. Sooooo good at what they do I could not be happier. 150% beyond expectations, the Haddad's are the way to go!

  This is seriously one of the best Agency's!! Every time we have a need the Haddads Agency is always there to help with great professionalism and speed. They make you feel like you matter to them, and that is because they do! I highly recommend them for all of your insurance needs. I will never be insured with another Agency again. :-)

  Bob is such an amazing help with not only insurance but a countless amount of other things. All he wants us to do is succeed at whatever we are doing. He’s so fun to talk to and get to know as a person. I’d highly recommend Bob Haddads Office!!

  I have used Haddads Agency for all my personal and commercial insurance needs for about the last 10 years. Excellent service from Bob and all of his staff has kept me with them. Bob is always willing to explain any insurance question I have ever had. And he not only explains it in a way that I can easily understand, he almost always teaches me something in the process. His agency either answers my questions right away or gets back to me within 24 hours with an answer. I could not ask for better service.
