  The tellers are always pleasant, personable and efficient. Recently we spent some time with the loan department, and manager who were just as great and went the extra mile with us. All are very helpful, knowledgeable, and always provide service with a smile. We've been banking with them for quite a few years and have always been happily satisfied with all of the team at PFCU!!! Great customer service......all the way around :)

  I love my PFCU!! Very helpful in buying my very first NEW car. I would never go to another credit union. They are so personable and understanding. Especially the loan officer Linda Hills. She went above and beyond!!

  Christopher Columbus day isn't a real holiday also it would have been nice to know that before I drove all the way there I hope this place was built on a native American burial ground

  Walked in to apply, no wait at all, got right in with Monica Castillo. She was awesome, very personable, answered all my questions and had me approved and funded before I left the building. That was my first time ever walking into a PFCU and I walked out not wanting to do business anywhere else! Thanks Monica

  Crooks. Take your money from you and then turn around and tell you you can't access it for 2 weeks. They are not concerned even a little about what your situation is. You will know this by how rudely they treat you. The cherry on top was when the woman asked what I needed that much money for and told me I was being suspicious and had someone meet me in the parking lot that I gave money too. Wow! You right.I did have a helper meet me there to recieve what he was owed before he went on vacation. Bottom line.T hey are rude and unprofessional and I wouldn't trust them with monopoly money, let alone my real hard earned money. Stay away.

  Great home town service. Fast, easy on getting loans or just banking. I will always do my banking at PFCU!!!
