  Pete is always one step ahead of the game and making sure that our process was not only quick but very organized. He communicates at all hours of the day and any day of the week to answer any questions we could have e er had, but because he is so thorough there were very little questions to be had. This is my second time working with Pete and I can't say enough great things about him and the experience as a whole!

What an absolute pleasure it is to work with someone who is interested in not only the needs of their customers but also the worries that the customer has.   Awesome 1st time homebuyers experience, Pete and his staff were excellent anticipating the next step in the process like a master chest player. There is a right and wrong way to go about the steps in this process so when Movement Mortgage already had us prepared ahead of time that was impressive to me and greatly appreciated as well!   There are lots of things you can't control when buying a house. The sellers can be difficult, the market can be against you or shift suddenly. The house you wanted is snatched up, or turns out to be the house you didn't want. The whole thing can be pretty stressful and intimidating. One thing that is ABSOLUTELY WITHIN YOUR CONTROL is getting advocates to work through the whole complex process on your behalf. You have to find the right people. Believe it or not, there are such people. Pete Caspari saved us time, money, heartache and an immense amount of stress by being a real human being and a genuine advocate. He was honest, thorough, communicated constantly, and always made sure we knew what to expect next. Our purchase had some exciting twists and turns, but Pete was there every step of the way and made sure it got done. He put in overtime, he made sure we were ready, and he brought the whole thing to the perfect finish. We couldn't be happier, and I would never buy a home again with anyone else. The man works like a demon, knows everything you could possibly want to know about buying a house, and treats you like family. A consummate professional at the absolute top of his game: efficient, intelligent, and tenacious.
