  This business is ran like a well oiled machine but they care about your situation good or not like you are part of the family. They're fair and not looking to gauge anyone. I had an emergency in Dallas the other day and before I walked out the door after being treated with respect and Compassion that sweetheart manager made sure she asked what my nieces name so a prayer could be said. Needless to say that really touched me. That's one of many reasons why I will never go anywhere else to buy sell, or pawn. Their jewelry is to die for and the sweet manager is a very talented jewelery designer, so if you haven't been in you're missing out on beautiful merchandise with staff that's unlike anyone else in all of Odessa and Midland and beyond,❤️

  These ladies are awesome. They only accept quality items which puts me at ease to also buy from them. The only reason I gave 4 of 5 stars is because some items are resold for prices that match them retail so other than it being a lilttle pricey, they are the easiest, friendliest, more professional pawn shop in Odessa, Tx for sure besides Big Tex and well… They own that one too!!😉

  I've never had any issue with the people in this store. They're always very friendly and help me if it's a transaction that can be done. Certain items they cannot take for specific reasons, but that's normal. They don't act shady as some of the other pawn shops do.

  Be sure to check prices before you buy, guy there got me to buy a used tool for twice the price of what it retails for new.
