  I applied for a refinance on my truck, Friday. Signed papers today. I got in touch with them trough my app (I already bank here), responses were very fast. Katy and Belinda literally messaged with me all day. They helped me with every step. It was a very pleasant transaction. I have been banking here for nearly a year and have never had an issue. This is my second loan with them, no complaints!! Thank you again, Katy and Belinda for all your help!

  I highly recommend First Basin for all your financial needs. Becky Castillo was my loan officer she was amazingly fast she even accommodated to the closing/signing the loan to whatever branch was easiest for me. The CMSR at the Grandview branch that attended me was fast courteous friendly. I don’t get her name but she was great too. Let me just end with the TOTAL loan process was fast, easy, accommodating, and a pleasure. Thank you so much Becky Castillo and Team!

  Hands down the best! Kacy Is so professional she goes above and beyond the call of duty. They say treat your employees right and they’ll treat you better. First Basin Credit Union Is obviously doing something right. Thank you First Basin Credit Union and thank you Kacy!!

  Love, love, love my bank! FBCU takes care of all my financial needs. I utilize multiple services from one location less than 5 minutes from my home: personal checking, personal savings, business checking & savings, a CD, & my vehicle is also financed here. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable & go above & beyond to ensure quality service!

  First basin is a top notch credit union with lots of drive thru lanes so long lines to do your deposits is never an issue, always friendly tellers and great mobile app to keep track of your finances they are great!
