  My first time buying process could not have gone any better with Jacob Peralta as my loan officer. He answered all my questions and had me confident every step of the way. If you’re looking to buy a home Jacob is the person to help you every step of the way. *** Update*** I just refinanced my home!! Jacob was the one to contact me to let me know that he could get me at a lower interest rate!! Just had to submit a few documents and now I am refinanced from 4.25% to a 2.25%! It’s going to save me on my monthly note but really save me through the years on interest. Whether you are buying or refinancing Jacob Peralta is the man for!!

  I worked with Andy and Rebekah last year when I purchased my new home. Nobody could believe that I closed on my house 21 days after I signed the contract. They were very informative when I asked questions and explained the differences in the different loans. I also love that they have secure portal where I was able to upload my documents without worrying that my information would get on the dark web. Almost a year to the day, I have just closed on my refinance with Andy and Rebekah. Again I had a unbelievably quick closing. I closed on my refinance in a week in a half. I would recommend using them anytime you have a mortgage need. You will be treated with respect and professionalism. You will be happy that you chose their company.

  I started the process to buying my first home at performance mortgage with no idea what I was doing. I met with Andy and told him about my goals in getting involved with investment property and he was extremely helpful from the beginning. I called him regularly for advice and guidance and he would always take the time to talk me through the pros and cons of my options. Performance Mortgage genuinely cares about their clients and I plan on working with them them for a very long time.
