  First visit. Couldn't figure out how to make my first car payment. The teller was so helpfull, repeated it a few times till it sunk in my head. Thank you so much for your patience. Second visit couple hrs later. Couldn't figure out how to activate my card. A teller thst just closed up her station, opened it back up to activate my card for me. These ladies were so nice and helpful. Wish I would of got there names. Oh she also showed me how to make my first payment on my car. Thank you ladies

  To Whom it may concern, It seems that this particular Capital one bank has resorted to strong arm tactics to get people (me) to open an account. I cash my check here only when I can not get to my regular bank. This Capital 1 bank first makes me see a person in a cubicle. After I see a person in a cubicle I am told they are unable to cash my check because the signature they have on file (for my boss)doesnt match. All would be taken care of though if I open an account. Is this type of extortion legal? I have never had this problem at any other bank.

  On Friday Jan. 31 2020 I visited this Capitol one bank branch 70043, Mrs. Terri C. gave the most excellent and most effective efficient customer service. Thanks again for helping with my Account.

  Have been with capital one customer for years and the people are always very friendly when i do have to go inside which makes the visit better!!! Very quick in fixing whatever problem occurs.
