  The mortgage process was all done online and was really seamless. We uploaded documents needed for the loan review. All of our questions were dealt with timely and professionally. The process required only about 30 days. I would use them again!

  We worked with Justin Morrison who was absolutely amazing. He went over and beyond, in our opinion, to be sure this refi process closed in a timely manner. He worked very closely with us and kept us informed on how the process was going. He was available anytime day or night if we had questions or concerns.   We highly recommend perennial funding to everyone! Our experience with Corey Gee and his team couldn't have been any better with any other lending company out there! Corey went above and beyond to get us a perfect, low interest rate we never expected. We had a few hoops with our credit scores, but Corey guided us through and was determined to get it done! Even with our worries about the pandemic COVID 19 we closed our loan and went to settlement on April 3rd! We were so happy! His work was tremendous and unbelievable!
