  I have been down bad lately because of everything that’s going on in the world and my job and so on and so forth. I thought to looking into taking out a little lump sum and that’s when I found this company. I have had the utmost and absolutely outstanding and amazing service with Gary. He not only has been super professional and kept me in the loop every step of the way but he has been very helpful with my struggles and anytime I received something in the mail from a third party I thought was them he would let me know “yes, that was us” or “heck no that’s not us haha”. He has been an absolute pleaser to work with and has made this process so seem less and painless and worry free!!! I haven’t felt a single bit of anxiety. Very outstanding customer service.   Don’t know what the old reviews are all about, CBC was the highest bid I received by a few hundred dollars. I worked with Mike, super cool dude and knows his stuff. Mike took care of me every step of the way, all I had to do was show up. Got the full amount in the mail that we agreed upon in the beginning and now using it to start a business. Highly recommend!

  Gary was truly a blessing. Not only was he professional but he was also very personable. Through tough times the kindness of one person even a stranger can really make a big impact. When he would contact me regarding paperwork, forwarding documents, etc. he would always ask how I was doing. I could always tell he was sincere. He wasnt just asking to be polite. I didn’t feel like I was another case number. A name on a paper. That’s hard to find these days. He went above and beyond what his work required. If I ever need to use this type of service I will definitely be returning to this company and asking for him directly. I can say that I honestly highly recommend CBC.

  Dealing with this place was an absolute train wreck from the beginning. I’m not even upset that they weren’t able to help me, but the process along the way was terrible. Mike was one of the worst customer service representatives I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. I would just get lie after lie and when I’d try and bring up a problem he would just speak over me and interrupt me constantly. Every date I was promised something would happen, would pass with nothing from him or the company. I’m not even going to bullet point every single problem I encountered along the way. Compassion and transparency are important in your position, Mike. Wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.
