    I called to place a hold on my account, which of course was taken care of simply. I call to remove said hold DAYS ago, and am told this action was completed. Come to find out, when I ABSOLUTELY NEED TO USE MY CARD I CANNOT BECAUSE SOMEONE FAILED TO COMPLETE SAID SIMPLE TASK. Will I be compensated? Of course not. Just told “oh I’m so sorry”. I CANT GET GAS TO GET WHERE I NEED TO BE BECAUSE SOMEONE FAILED TO CLICK A BUTTON. I also have been told to try again multiple times regarding the online banking service, which NEVER works for me. I keep getting an error code when trying to complete account set up no matter what. Also deal with issues at the ATM at least once a month, things like money dispensing being disabled for several days like no one was able to fix it promptly or somehow had no idea. I am starting to grow tired of this bank. I can’t even call the automated system to take the hold off my card? I also work 9-5, therefore since there are no longer Saturday hours, I have been quite screwed when it comes to needing to make a visa payment, talk to someone, etc. I am FURIOUS about the inability to properly LIFT THE HOLD ON MY ACCOUNT THOUGH, AND HOW I HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE FACT THAT SOMEONE WORKING THERE COULD NOT DELIVER SOMETHING PROMISED, AND REGARDLESS OF BEING SCREWED OVER BY SOMEONE ELSES NEGLECT AND THE FACT THAT I HAVE NO WAY TO HANDLE IT AFTER HOURS MYSELF, I WILL SEE NO COMPENSATION. How is the hold put on no problem but it’s apparently so difficult to remove it?? I am not happy.

    Had an issue with my accounts. Brenda was quick to get ahold of me and helped me resolve the issue. Even followed up to make sure it was handled to my satisfaction. That’s customer service!

    Need to update atm machines. ALWAYS seem to be down. Also need to provide better service with their mobile check deposits. Instead of continuously rejecting a mobile deposit with no explanations multiple times, try what is known as a courtesy call to explain what the problem is so the customer can fix and address. Why did I have to call you after the 4th rejection. I find this to be lazy poor customer service on their part. Luke Labbe should address this.

    Very poor hours, Saturday should be open, for people that work normal hours and can't make it during the week, Very poor customer service, they don't accommodate their customers even those that have been there 20+ years

    Don't ever bother calling here they have NEVER picked up my phone call in the several years I've been banking with them. It's very annoying and causes a simple task to become complicated.
