  Randy was really effective at guiding me through the process of getting a mortgage, from the initial pre-qualification all the way to closing. He's very responsive and stays on top of things which is important when it comes to closing in a reasonable amount of time. I'm a first-time home buyer and he made it as hassle-free as possible.   I discovered Randy Forcier by chance when I was looking at a home on zillow. It turns out I got lucky because there is no way in hell I would've found a better Manager for my mortgage during the whole process through the close of my first home. A little background- I'm currently deployed overseas in the USCG and did not/do not have access to a steady internet connection or phone service. Mr. Randy Forcier went above and beyond, sometimes working EVEN AT 8PM to help me get my loan application together and even the close of the property together (my first home) when i'm sure the official requirements of the job do not have him doing so much for me. He offered his counsel, and his help during a difficult process (imagine buying a home when you're on a boat in the middle of the deep blue sea) and I could not have done this without him.   I've worked with some really great real-estate agents in the past, but I had never worked with a great lender until this most recent property purchase. Randy helped me secure a loan that I am extremely happy with. Even with a few expected bumps in the road (due to some less than straight forward self employment circumstances), the entire experience was easy and I felt confident that it was being handled expertly. This may sound over the top, but in all seriousness... when I saw that Norcom would lend on property in Florida, I started considering buying property down there knowing that I could lean on Randy to handle the lending side of things. I would absolutely encourage anyone looking for a lender in Maine (or the other regions served) to reach out to Randy Forcier at Norcom Mortgage. You will not find better service or a higher level of competence out there.
