  I have been using PeoplesBank for years as my personal bank. I love their local commitment and philosophy of supporting their employees and the communities they are in. I get great customer service at my local branch, but with a new job I found myself in Connecticut more & more which worried me because I thought I wouldn't have access... well, how exciting to see branches popping up in CT including in West Hartford where I am often. LOVE this!!! Thanks PeoplesBank!

  This place is SLOW, SLOW, SLOOOOOOOW.... the video banker DOES NOT dispense $10 bills!!!! What? Isn't this a bank? Inside is even worse. I just waited in line for a half HR. To cash a check! There was 3 ppl ahead of me. Totally will be going to another bank. This has been a reaccoring problem

  Local Bank to Dark Side Been a customer for 20+ years and this month was charged a $10 fee because my savings balance went below $2500 for the first time. Called CS and got the "whatever" attitude, won't bother arguing I'll just vote with my feet. Closing all 4 accounts and moving on...
