  The team at People's Home Loans, Inc are the best of the best. Jarod and his team were absolutely AMAZING. Because of their commitment, communication, and hard work I was able to close in less than 30 days. With this pandemic I've been hearing so many horror stories about delays in closing, but I realized it's a joint effort. If you get them what they need when they ask, the process will be effortless. I was extremely happy with their services. Even if you have problems with your credit, I know they could help point you in the right direction. Give them a call

  I can't begin to express how grateful I am to have been recommended to use Peoples Home Loans to refinance my mortgage. I was very nervous to take this step, but a family member assured me how comfortable this company will make me feel as and take the time to help me understand how it all works. She was NOT wrong! She got me in contact with Jarod and the rest was history. Jarod explained with great details how refinancing works and what I should expect from my financial standpoint. During this time, I also worked with his team, Alyssa, Kathy and Gail, they were all very responsive and helpful (thanks for your patience in dealing with me, lol). They helped me through the application process and helped me close within a month! Not only did they make the process almost seamless, they also helped me lower my mortgage rate to 2.99% and saving me over $650 a month!   Peoples Homes Loans is beyond what one can expect when looking for a pending office. I can speak to this office not only from a personal perspective but also from a business lens and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this business. In this line of work often people forget that these loans impact peoples lives and their futures. Peoples Home Loans continues to do what is needed in a line of work such as this they put the people first and that is what matters. Before exploring them for business ventures I was first a customer and my questions were always promptly answered and explained which was appreciated. So often with lending offices it feels as though there’s only part of questions answered which is frustrating when you’re a customer because you should be able to have 100% transparency! If you’re looking for a lender or a lending partner peoples home loans is the place for you!
