  My husband and I worked with Pat Baldwin on our mortgage application (and so much more!). She took the time to help us raise our credit scores to ensure we were getting the best rate and was willing to call us on weekends and evenings. Pat was so committed to our success and financial help and we can honestly say we wouldn't be where we are now without her help! Atlantic Home Loans was fantastic to work with. They were responsive, caring, and passionate about the work they do! Can't say enough good things.

  My experience with Susan Pagliarini and her team of processors and underwriters were outstanding. They made the process so easy and seamless . The portal in which I had to submit documentation and receive documents as well was extremely easy to navigate. Not only was I completely satisfied but my closing attorney was as well . She has already referred to customers to contact Sue and her team for mortgages. I will definitely be recommending them as well . Overall I had a wonderful experience with this company.   Everybody at Atlantic home loans was great! Good communication throughout the process. Our agent, Tim Balogh, was outstanding. Always available when I needed him, always ready with a clear answer, and he walked me through every step of the process. He got us a great rate, and help give wise advice when we are trying to decide whether to pull the trigger or wait a little bit longer. We’re very thankful for Tim and for everyone at Atlantic home loans! I would recommend them to anybody!

  My parents and I dealt with Keith nine years prior after being referred to him. He was both professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire loan process and managed to find a highly competitive rate at the time. Nine years later and I'm happy to say that nothing has changed. Keith has held my hand through the entire process and once again was more than willing to answer any questions that I had. He was patient with me and was always willing to answer any questions that I had. He, Suhail, and Taryn took care of almost everything and made the process extremely easy.   Atlantic Home Loans staff were awesome! They were accommodating, helpful, supportive, and walked me through my first home buying experience. In particular, Patricia Baldwin was excellent. She was patient, and walked with me from beginning to end. I encourage you seek her out when you buy a home. She went above and beyond!

  Our experience with Atlantic Home Loans was outstanding. Our first refinance could have been a daunting and stressful experience, but our mortgage banker, Peter SanGiovanni, put our minds at ease with his knowledge and professional manner. We were provided with a wide variety of choices to find the best fit for us, and felt well informed. The closing went quicky and we have a check in our hand. I wish we hadn't waited so long!   Such a great company, my broker Pat Baldwin and Lisa Costa were so informative, helpful and went out of their way to make sure i understood clearly my financials, process and got me approved for my dreamed home. I was recommended to them from a couple friends, but now, I Can say they are the Best team you can have. My kids and I will forever be grateful!!!
