  We recently purchased a condo with the help of Tim Arrowood and his amazing team. To be quite honest, I was a bit stressed by the whole process of buying a home, but Tim and his team made the process very simple. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions that popped up. I would highly suggest that anyone in the market for a home to check with these guys.   Most excellent service during our refinance. I, not understanding anything about refinancing and the process of, had lots of questions, lots of uneasiness and trepidations about moving forward. The whole Arrowood team supported me and encouraged me with endless grace and patience throughout the whole process. They never made me feel embarrassed for asking questions, in fact, they encouraged me to keep asking questions so that my fears could turn to confidence. Great GREAT team to do business with and I highly recommend them for any finance/refinance plans you may have.

  LOOK NO FURTHER FOR A LENDER! This team of experts made our home buying experience a breeze. They are very thorough with their work, ensuring no loose ends are left. We were astonished at how rapid everything on their end was taken care of, it was no longer than a few hours most days, sometimes no more than one hour. Tim, Audrey, Joel, and Kim are the professionals you WANT and NEED for your home buying experience to go smooth sailing, and leave you over the top satisfied! You cannot go wrong with any of them.   Tim & his team have helped us twice & both times service has been excellent! Because of our first experience with Tim when rates fell my husband automatically reached out to Tim to help us again. They did what they said they were going to do & in a timely manner! They answered all our questions. We knew they were there doing behind the scenes what needed to do be done & we could depend on them. They made it a simple process even with a pandemic going on!
