  Nicole and Matt from the fort Henry store in Kingsport TN are awesome employees. They are very helpful every time I see them. You made an excellent choice in making them about of your company, they truly add value to the company. They a simply the best!!!

  It's a very fast smooth over the phone process. If you're prepared and have everything together application and process should take less than an hour. However I did encounter a few hiccups and Matthew assisted me EVERY step of the way, even with me being unprepared. He was VERY patience, kind and knowledgeable. I honestly got a little discouraged, but Matthew went over and beyond to ensure I was approved and for that, I'm more than grateful for Matthew with AF 24/7!!!

  Mathew was so very patient & understanding.Had trouble with email but Matthew just helped me get through it all even though it took a lot of his time he was wonderful kind very professional I highly recommend advance financial if you’re gonna do it do it with them do it with Matthew he’s the one to go to thanks again Mathew.

  I ran low on cash and stopped in to see if they could help. Olivia was super friendly, professional, and answered every question I had. I met the manager Gary and he was also professional and informative. Olivia explained everything very clearly and walked me through every step of the process. She and Gary worked together and in just a few minutes I was approved for far more money than I expected. I only took a small portion of my approved amount, but they explained how I could access my line of credit anytime 24/7. It's a comfort to know that money is available to me at any time for any reason. I highly recommend this location 4270 Fort Henry Drive, right beside the car wash, you can't miss it. The store is nice, bright, and clean, and the people are nice, professional, and helpful. I will definitely be going back when I need cash and I will let all my friends know that this is the place to go...

  Every time I come to advance financial it is a pleasant experience. Everyone is always smiling, and when I ask a question I get an answer. This morning Brianna who has helped me before at the one on Stone drive was very helpful with the questions I had about one of my payments. She was happy and chipper even early in the morning and made me feel comfortable. I tell all of my friends to come see you guys!

  Just wanted to say thanks to Shane at this store for helping me out with getting a loan. He made it really easy to do over phone/email, I didn't even have to go in to the store until my money was ready for me to pick up. Simplest loan process I have seen yet, and probably the coolest loan officer I have dealt with. I will be telling my friends to go to Advance Financial from now on if they need a loan. Thanks again!
