  This is my first time buying a home. And for a lender to say they cant work with me due to I chose another realtor, I dont think is a good look. I've spoken to several people and they said it doesn't matter who the realtor is. I also find it funny that how much we needed to put down kept changing, of course when we started the process our credit scores weren't where there were suppose to be so we were told what to do and have 3.5% to put down plus 2 months first mortage. Then it changed to 10% . I asked for our paperwork back which was just mailed to them via priority mail but was told i could come pick it up. And I'm 30 weeks pregnant and the office is almost 2hrs away. I also find it funny that the guy who the lender wants us to work with is gonna above us a free vacation at closing. Hmmm I wonder if we were paying for our own vacation. I would look into this company before using them. Will never get my service becaus eof how rude he was.

  Patt was so awesome and helpful! He walked me through every step and made getting the loan and closing the smoothest process ever. He was always available to answer questions and made sure my husband and I were comfortable and confident in our loan and mortgage payment.
