The staff here is so much more professional than other people’s bank locations i have used Sardinia and Mt Orab locations for years and I dread having to have any interactions with them usually just stick to the atm but actually needed help today and the Williamsburg branch completely took care of it where Mt orab had zero interest in even listening thank you guys so much for your help.( Mt orab branch so really take lessons from your staff)

Horrible bank system. I attempted to cash personal check made out to me from People's Bank. They asked for driver's license ( I was ok with that) then wanted a phone number AND a fingerprint! How insulting! On top of that they charged me $5.00 to cash a $65.00 check since I didn't have an account with them. So in reality I personally lost over 12% on this business transaction. I will NEVER have anything good to say about this business!
