  Community savings bank is a great bank! They made refinancing as painless as possible. Tiffany and Jen were always quick to respond to my questions through email or phone. They are very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions.

  Contacted CSB regarding financing for a planned real estate purchase. They suggested an approach that better accomplished our goal than our original plan.......and in addition, they provided the best interest rate and terms. They were great to work from initial contact all the way through closing. I highly recommend the team at Community Savings Bank.

  Too many technical difficulties with this app.When I need to see my account I NEED to see it.---- Long time later ‐----editing my review. A gain I am not able to login to my account. It's very important to me that I do so. I don't get out much and need my online account accessible. Personale at CSB are friendly and helpful but they don't tell their hours etc by phone when they are closed. The app is fairly easy to use and the instant balance is nice. Would like to see more of my past banking information though and definitely need them to keep the app up and running. Instead of me having to only use my account when the bank itself is open for business. .

  Hi Pamela, We’re sorry to hear you were having trouble with the mobile app. Our mobile app developer notified us yesterday that there were a few issues they had to correct, so we put a notice up on our Home page for the temporary downtime. While our lobby is currently closed because of Covid 19, we still have our front of line staff answering phone calls and assisting our online and drive through banking.
