  It says this is a 5 star credit union, IT’S NOT! You have employees like Fay R. that doesn’t speak loud enough when calling you over, she doesn’t greet you EVEN if you tell her good morning. She is very rude and needs to learn the meaning of customer service!

  I hate goin to this bank. Teller are not properly trained. It's always a line in there. Slow can't define them. They only get a star because with out it I can't post my review. Smh waste of a bank

  I don’t know who is giving this place five stars. It must be the manager sitting in her office. Service and lack of knowledge Is seriously missing at this place. -

  This bank is the worst!!!!! They have a 24hour atm that is NEVER working on Saturdays AND Its a headache just to even think about going inside to deal with the tellers that never seem to be happy about there jobs.
