      I had an appointment today at 270 Saw Mill River Rd. Yonkers, NY 10701, when I arrive I let her know that I have an appointment at 9 with Miss Garcia, she let me tell her, comes back and then tells me that she is Reina Garcia and has nothing in her appointment, then she looks up and says if it is Right now I see it, she tells me that she is new and that she does not know how to make that kind of account that she looks for another appointment she seeks, I ask her where is the person who assists her in her new processes in the company, that she does not have, she tells me, I suggest that she call a colleague at another branch to help her or to the main one, that she has no one to help her make another appointment and that her manager is there and that in the end she will not solve or say anything to me different, because I told her that she doesn't know how much time I have and that's why I made an appointment today. To complete, she looks for the city registers and tells me that the company does not exist, she has the city papers in her hands. It is a lot of lack of ethics and professionalism of the company in assisting and providing customer service to its clients.

      I usually check reviews before I go anywhere. After waiting 15 minutes to be see. With an appointment. I finally I sat down for my appointment only for Reina to start making calls to order new cards while I sit and wait to start my banking process. A 27 minute wait. Inconsiderate. From that point on she made everything difficult.

      Horrible customer service at this branch. Tellers are ok, but management have no understanding of customer needs. Unless is only to benefit the bank like opening a new account or things like that. That happens when you are present at the branch! I heard from my neighbor they are worse on the phone! Someone left her on hold for over 15 minutes, sounded very stressed with no intentions of being helpful...I know most people do banking online these days but management attitude here is not helping with banking period.

      Very very very bad. Customer service Only 2 people their. Know some how how to take care of humans. Joyclin. And Jassania The rest need to go and get trained in Macdonald’s or Burger King first. No manners. No customer service. Skills. They treat you like they doing you a favor. Which. Frankly. Am doing them a favor to be here. Very. Very disappointed

      Never had good service in this place. Very rude employees. Only 1 teller on a Saturday. The lady at the desk was rude too. The bank on central ave next to khols is a lot better.

      It's a bank. They are open on Saturdays but only have one banker. She is a nice lady and very patient. I've seen her desk with inconsiderate people very professionally.

      Very horrible place let me wait for a hour then some young arrogant teller walked over and decided to tell me I had to make a appointment after I had waited a hour luckily the one person taking forever on everyone who sat with her seen how angry that made me and decided to take me after the person she had been sitting with for a hour was done then all three bank employees decided to do there closing procedures and talk behind the glass and let me and the other people waiting to be helped longer after I walk out this door this place will never see me again uhhh I'm disappointed.........
