      Yesterday, I was trying to make a deposit using Wells Fargo ATM, and did not notice that it was not working properly. ATM had incorrectly debited my account, when I was actually trying to make a deposit. I went into the bank to correct the error and was assisted by Personal Banker, Julie Deluca,. Julie was unbelievably helpful and determined to make sure my account was corrected. After Julie sent a long time on the phone, with different Wells Fargo corporate personal, the problem was solved. I just want to thank Julie for an outstanding job!!!

      Horrible customer service. Went there twice, first time I asked for some quarters and they only gave me $20, second time I went there to ask for $20 in quarters, the lady at drive thru on 09/12 at 1.15 pm told me without hesitation oh we don’t have any quarters! Really? A bank doesn’t have quarters? Yeah sure

      I never write reviews but this encounter deserves to be noted. There is this light skin older women with glasses as a teller, she is rude and disrespectful that she got me to the point that I didn’t even want her to help me. Wells Fargo, please get employees that are not disrespectful to their customers. If I knew her name I would report her to corporate for how disgusting her attitude was. I’ll be sure to get it next time.

      Very good customer service -- I went in there needing some urgent notary services. Michael Venuti was very courteous, I told him I don't even bank with Wells Fargo but he didn't treat me any differently. Very professional and didn't cost me a dime. If I ever decide to switch banks, this is something I will keep in mind.

      years ago you could go in and out of this bank 123 nowadays it's got the feeling of a bodega in the South Bronx. It takes them 25 minutes to do a simple deposit!! the girls that work in this bank are more concerned about their iPhones and there looks then customer service. It's amazing if you go to a Wells Fargo bank in Bronxville or Eastchester in decent communities you get a totally different experience with a smile. Trump for president

      I am closing all my accounts with wells fargo out of disgust -- i just discovered a new fee on my account for check imaging. I already pay a monthly service fee that is more expensive than any other bank. the additional $3 fee was not in my original agreement and I do not agree with it. This was my tipping point. I've already experienced inconvenient, bad customer service, delays that has put me over the edge. I was originally with First Union, and stuck with you guys through the transition to Wachovia, and then to Wells Fargo. GOODBYE after 23 years of aggravation. I look forward to CHASE!

      Terrible place! they take so long! their sweet time, banker stop what she was doing ( helping me) to gossip while i waited. i went in for a direct deposit slip and it took 30 minutes! it was so unprofessional, never going there again.

      Went to this location wait on line for over a half hour another guy shows up after me gives his plate number to the security guard goes to the store and the security guard lets him go ahead of me when I questioned the security guard he said he was here earlier at around 9 and then left and came back so supposedly you can go there before it opens give your name to the security guard leave come back and then just cut the line spoke to the branch manager was absolutely no help they're just looking for problems at this place I for one won't be going back to this branch not worth getting my blood pressure up for

      Wanted to thank Mildred (Fernandez) I believe, correct me if I’m wrong for all her help today at the Odell location. She did mention she was helping them out from the Ardsley location. She was a great help and solved all my questions and problems. Especially during these times.

      Absolutely worst bank ever , no one here to help during reg hrs, drive thru closed , no one answers phone , I Drive all the way to Eastchester to use that branch bc this one is so terrible
