  The male teller, Hispanic in the first boot on Saturday 19th February, didn't get his name, he was very rude, disrespectful and come across as racist, would never patronize this establishment again.

  This bank is garbage. Extremely rude phone operator. I called to open an account with them and the woman who took my call blatantly disrespected me then scoffed at me when I asked why she had an attitude. The conversation ended when she hung up on me after saying “Bye Felicia”. Fire your entire staff and hire people that actually have common decency. I’m telling all of my friends to never go near peoples bank, and all of my friends that do have your bank are switching banks ASAP. Who’s the manager? TERRIBLE JOB!

  I have had nothing but great experiences at this bank, everyone is very polite and the line moves very fast. Alan and his crew are top notch!

  Terrible experience. Most unprofessional, disrespectful employees I have ever been confronted with at any institution, let alone any bank, PERIOD. Woman had attitude, was extremely rude and hung up on my face.

  They are friendly and always there to assist with anything I need. I been a banking with them over 30 yrs. Never had I had a problem with the bank nor the staff.

  Absolutely horrible experience with this bank! Lack of communication and solution from ALL of the employees is atrocious! They denied me access to money I deposited for a whole week because of something THEY messed up and were completely rude about it! DO NOT BANK HERE!
