  I had the pleasure of working with Melissa Mason from Envoy. It was truly a life changing experience and one I will treasure. Ms Melissa was extremely professional, proficient and knowledgeable. She treated me with respect and dignity, even when I had questions which i thought were stupid she always makes me feel as if nothing else matters and I always feel like she has the answer. Ms Mason provided all the information I needed with ease and provided constant updates and I was able to follow the progress of my transaction from day one (March 06 )to closing(April 30th). Thank you Ms Mason, you are truly one of a kind .

  I had Great Experience, awesome service with Melissa Mason, she was always updating us during our refinancing process, very happy with the services received. My wife had worked with her before and some family member as well, we are all happy with Envoy and Melissa. Will always refer family and friends to Envoy and Melissa Mason.
