  The ladies here are amazing. I have been making deposits here for my employer for about 6 years and the ladies have always made it a delight. I will miss them very much as I am advancing my career and will no longer be in the he city of Bridgeport. I wish them all the best of luck and many blessings.

  Tried to open a business account. Prepared everything the online instruction told us to have ready, and still got turned away for some bs reasons - told us to make this change, make that change... Went to Wells Fargo and everything went through alright. Not sure if it was late Friday afternoon and they just wanted to go home, or if it's some stupid Chase policy. The people seemed nice but the reasons are just stupid, so really can't tell.

  Worst Chase bank I have ever been to. I gave it a 2nd try despite the worst treatment the 1st time. Both times I went into the bank I just recieved the worst service. Will never go there again. Sonya the foreign bank Asistant has the worst attitude.

  Nice branch, costumers service is excellent but never enough staff.... sometimes there’s only two employees working:/.

  Entering this branch is nice because it has space, it is well located, it doesn't keep you very busy and the space to wait to be served is very comfortable, if I had cable TV I would have stayed to have my lunch 😅, although I had to wait approximately 15 min to be served, there was no advisor, I felt comfortable and calm, the cashiers are friendly, they speak Spanish too, but the slow one is a little slow
