Was a long time customer with this bank with no history of overdrafts and I just recently had been diagnosed with concussion syndrome and had accumulated 5 overdrafts . I was unaware that I had no money in there. In my opinion with my long history of not overdrafting they could of forgave them but no, luckily for me another customer helped me.
