Jose Saez1People’s United Bank is a terrible bank in general. This branch does not help either. Although the women there are incredibly nice. The men there lack any kind of training in customer service. One had me waiting just looking at him clicking away on the computer while not telling me at all what he was doing. As I asked him for a form he said he was doing that even though he was also supposedly closing my account. Terrible bank in general. Terrible service. Horrible banking app/online banking.
