  This is the worst place to sell your tools don't even bother going. Terrible customer service. Attitude the first minute you walk in. First and last time I would go there. That is not the way you run a business👎👎👎

  Worst experience ever .these people are thief’s they held my jewelry hostage and told me that I had lost it because I was 15 days past due.They never called or sent me a letter telling me that my jewelry was past due. If you want to pawn any heavy jewelry I recommend taking it to a reputable pawn shop that is BBB certified witch they are not .

  Didn't even walk in the door called at a reasonable time with a few questions and I was immediately hung up on tried to call back a few times and they never answered very unprofessional and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

  I bought a mower here the guy that sold it to me said they dont buy broken thing. Dont buy anything here i eas sold a broken tool take this as a warning these people could care less if they are selling you a broken item.

  Workers leave there own positive reviews lol place is a joke. Called before hand and was told they would compete with online prices, when I go in they said they told me they would give a third, still I said alright and then was told they don’t even want it lol. Talked in Spanish for about 10 mins in my face an then said the multiple things I had weren’t something a pawn shop would want! Lol made me almost laugh since I brough in a practically new graphing calculator which the lady even admitted goes for 80-100 offered me 5, brought in a led lantern that takes batteries and a Honeywell air purifier used one time which retails at 150-200 dollars. after 20 mins of sitting there being told the things I had no one would buy was offered a total of 5 dollars for the calculator. Such a waste of time save ur self an don’t go! In the worst location also

  Not to many "real" pawn shops like this left. They are very friendly, honest and fare, which is rare nowadays at a place like a pawn shop. I highly recommend them!!!, even if it means driving out of your way just to get there, you won't be disappointed. Me and my wife are always very satisfied every time we go. They do a great job of seperating themselves from the competition. I can't tell you how many pawn shops tried to take advantage of me when trying to sell a piece of audio equipment I never used and just simply did not need, after going to 2 other pawn shops and wasting my time ez cash pawn hit the nail on the head with an offer I was very satisfied with and I received cash I needed right on the spot, I didn't feel like I was just robbed after I sold my belongings to them. Thanks guys for being great !!

  Been doing a lot of business with these people. they're always polite and willing to work a deal.they buy and sell so much it wouldn't be a smart business strategy to pay top dollar for everybody's equipment. If you don't like the offer take it somewhere else.

  Smh. Went to them a year ago and bought a used Bose speaker for a decent price but you get what you pay for because shortly aftee purchase it completely stopped working and charging port never worked. Went to sell my Sony MVR HD1 which i purchased 5months ago for $399. I only used it once. Went with complete kit plus added a brand new SD card and extra charging cable. Warranties all included. Sony is now selling it for $300 and Amazon, eBay, and Best Buy all have refurbished models selling for more than $250. Dude in the shop looked at the retail and used prices then turned to me and said $60 mayyyybe $80. I looked at him like he was crazy. Robbery at its finest! NEVER will I EVER recommend this place.
