      I went into the bank to withdraw money no one wanted to help me and after my bank transaction both tellers started laughing at me. Is that how you treat customers .? So basically now the company has been bought out customer service does not matter anymore.

      I've been coming to this branch going on 5 years. I have Never experienced any rudeness. I always have a pleasant conversation with them all. I love the convenience of doing my banking and shopping at the same location. They have never messed up on anything of mine.

      This bank is terrible, stay away! They entire staff is rude, they have no clue what is going on and everytime I walk in, I need to go back, because they've messed something up. Make sure to go to any other bank- it has to be better than this one.

      If you do most of your banking online, find a different bank. There online banking is a joke to compared to most other banks out there.

      Typical bank. Hours were better when they were open on Sundays. Peoples is a better option than the other "big" banks.

      Customer service here is ridiculous. First time using this location. Standing here about 5 min and not one person looks up to say " I'm sorry I'll be with you in just a few moments, I apologize for the wait".
