Worst bank ever. Quick to take their $3.50 atm fee, but unwilling to exchange the atm 20’s for $100’s . I was told I had to be a customer to exchange more than $100. I went to Bank of America, which gladly and graciously changed my bills, customer or not. I wouldn’t be a Peoples (M&T) customer if they were the last bank on earth. I guess I’ll keep my $$ elsewhere…..
