  I'm an agent and my client is being treated horribly. No calls or emails back after trying to get a response for days. This is after 2 MAJOR things were missed in the very beginning of the process....now not even sure if my client can get her mortgage after getting close to closing. But again, who knows b/c her loan officer doesn't tell us anything...
