  Denise was amazing to work with. She and my realtor work together seamlessly to ensure we got a house we wanted with a payment we felt comfortable with. We were shocked by the high price of real estate in Colorado. At many showings we were able to call Denise and get an estimated mortgage payment within minutes. We are a military family and moved to the area with plans of living on base. After getting here we decided to buy. We wanted to get into our house quickly, because we were living in temporary living facilities. Denise worked tirelessly to get us ready to close in an amazing 8 days!!!!!! Our sellers weren’t able to get out that quickly, but we were astonished at the speed in which Denise and her team had us ready to close. I would highly recommend her as a lender.
