  To my readers, I really like this place! I have been bringing my four legged family member for quite some time. The staff is friendly and professional. They are very thorough with their expectations and with your as well. The kennels are nice and neat. They have sliding doors to their kennels so that they can have access to their runners. The one thing I really like is that they will allow you to take your furry legged family member to their rooms (Kennels). To me, this is very important. Although, its hard to say goodbye to my furry son, but it is important that they see you off than just handing a leash to a stranger to be towed off to a metal gated cell and not knowing what is going on. They do offer a lot of amenities for your love one. They offer daily walks (outside the compound). During the hot seasons, they offer a swim in their swimming pool and they will supply them with a frozen Pupsicles; a tasty treat for your baby (extra expense)! If you feel the need and you give them an expected time of return, they will take your baby and give him or her a bath along with a toenail clip (extra expense). Although, I have never used this service, but they have a REALLY cool kitty room. I love looking in there and seeing all the cats laying around in the cat trees. From what I can see, they do not look stressed out. Overall, I plan on using them again.   Angus loved his 3 night stay. The people there loved him. It is nice & clean. Friendly staff. We'll use them again!

  Had my 2 dogs stay during Halloween weekend while I was out of town. They were so sweet and handled my crazy self. What made it better is I just received pictures of my babies in Halloween costumes! Hoping to see them their again very soon! So glad to send them there and know they are safe! Definitely recommend!

  I ended up canceling the reservation because I found a family member to watch my dogs. I dis tour the facility and it was nice! I have a dog that digs her way out of fences and these kennels are made like the ones at the humane society. Concrete and chain link...not possible to dig out of. The play yard always has a person on duty when the dogs are out...that makes me feel better about leaving my dogs here. The kennels are spacious and comfy looking with indoor and outdoor area in each one. I toured a few dog boarding facilities in my area and this one was by far the best. There were no distressed sounding barks like there were at other places.

  I have been boarding my dogs at Peninsula Pet Lodge for 25 years. They take good care of my poochies at a fair price.

  My dogs Sofia and Minnie absolutely love this place! The pool is incredible for the hot days and they have yummy treats on the holidays. Not to mention the cute photos on holidays as well. And they always have a bath and nail trim before coming home. Believe me...they are great here.

  We just used the Over The Rainbow Bridge Crematorium located on the same property of the PPL. What a wonderful staff! David is so compassionate. A beautiful tribute to my beautiful girl Cayenne. A lovely box for her ashes, Rosemary to spread for remembrance. A clipping of her fur, a lovely charm and a paw print with wildflower seeds to plant. A beautiful scrolled paper with her name and “The Rainbow Bridge” story. They’ve made a most difficult time much easier. Thank you .

  We have two boys playing baseball which often takes us away for weekends. We have repeatedly booked Peninsula Pet Lodge in Olalla for long weekends so our energetic puppy isn't neglected. Our fur baby gets pretty of playtime, attention, and care while we are away. Joie even let's her play in an extra play group to burn off her excess energy, which means we get a worn out pup that had a great time and is able to relax at home.

  I’ve been coming to Peninsula Pet Lodge for over 20 years, and my dog Bjern thinks they are his second home. They helped me socialize B when he was a puppy and I feel like they are family because of their welcoming and professional care they consistently provide. I love having the freedom to travel and knowing Bjern is very happy and safe. Thank you so much to everyone at Peninsula Pet Lodge!!l

  Great place and people! My dog does not do well with others and they were able to care for her for 3 nights no problem! Would defiantly use their services again.
